We're a small DACH-based team running on lean, pay-as-you-go infrastructure. We pass the savings on. Same class of underlying models — frontier-grade transcription + frontier LLMs — without the venture-scale margins.
Whitespace-separated tokens in the transcribed output. Reshape, Translate, and Fix-grammar quick-actions on already-typed text don't count toward the limit; only voice transcriptions do.
Transmitted over TLS to our EU-hosted API and forwarded to a transcription provider. Audio is discarded the moment the transcript returns — zero seconds of retention. The named sub-processors are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Yes — our transcription engine handles German fluently, the rewrite/reshape model recognises German vocabulary and brand spellings, and Translate works in any pair. The desktop UI is currently English; a German UI ships in summer 2026.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal linked in Settings → Account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
